The following Vouchers are available:  £30.00, £50.00, £100.00 and £150.00. You can specify a preferred delivery date and you can send the message of your choice. Vouchers can also be purchased at our Clinics. Simply fill in the form below to begin the process.

Gift Vouchers

Use this form to tell us who you are buying the gift voucher for.
 
Select the date you would like it sent. NB: Currently we are not able to have same day delivery, the delivery date must be at least for the next day (24 hours).
 
Pay by Paypal and we will email the Gift Voucher to your chosen recipient on that date. Feel free to call us with any questions you may have.

  • Write your personal message here and this will be included with the gift voucher when it is sent.
  • The minimum delivery time is 24 hours and this is by email. Sometimes our emails will not go to you inbox. Do check your junk/spam email box for our emails and on the day tell the recipient of this voucher to check as well - just in case.
  • When you click submit you will be redirected to Paypal where you will be able to finalise the transaction in Paypal's secure enviroment. Paypal accepts credit/debit cards.
