Instructions for Taking Your Custom Herbal Tea
Take one sample bag amount powder each time, mix it with 50ml of hot water, stir well, allow it to cool slightly, similar to preparing instant espresso, then consume it while still warm after a meal. Twice a day.
To prepare and consume herbal tea, follow these steps:
- Measurement: Use a small bag to measure the amount of tea. Alternatively, you can use a tablespoon for accuracy the first time.
- Preparation: Prepare the tea similar to how you would make coffee or traditional tea.
- Brewing: Place the measured tea in your brewing device, add hot water, and let it steep for the recommended time.
- Consumption: Enjoy the tea and repeat the process for your second daily dose.
- Improved Taste: For a smoother, more pleasant flavour, you may add a small amount of honey to taste
- Consistency: Continue taking your tea regularly as recommended by your practitioner for the best health results.
Dosage & Other Supplements:Â
• Dosage: Take the herbal tea twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, about 30 minutes after a meal.
• Other Supplements or Medication: If you are taking other vitamins or supplements, allow a 30–60 minute gap between them and your herbal tea.
