1. Programme Background
The programme is developed and operated by the International Partner, Academic Bridge Beijing Education Technology Co., Ltd., as part of its graduate training pathway.
Participants are enrolled within this overseas programme prior to undertaking any UK placement.
2. Role of the UK Placement
The UK training placement at Ginseng Limited forms an integral component of the overall training pathway.
It provides exposure to:
- clinical governance within a UK healthcare environment
- practitioner–patient communication
- integrative healthcare delivery
- digital consultation systems

3. UK Training Placement

4. Programme Structure
Training Duration : Up to 12 months UK training placement
Training Stages:
- Stage 1 – Orientation (Months 1–2) Introduction to UK healthcare environment, clinic procedures, and observation protocols.
- Stage 2 – Clinical Observation (Months 3–6) Observation of consultations, case discussions, and patient communication.
