Appointments can be made on our online clinic management system via the ‘Book Now’ on our website www.ginsen-london.com , Facebook Page, Instagram or by calling the clinic on:  0207 937 7968. Please be aware we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect GinSen Clinics interest in the event of late cancellations or ‘no-shows’. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours will be charged at full fee.

15. Costs and Charges

GinSen is committed to ensuring clarity and transparency on the cost of consultations, and treatment. The general price list on the website provides an overview of costs which those considering treatment can expect to incur for in clinic or online consultation services. 

Additional treatment plans, custom tea and herbal medicine will incur additional costs. Relevant test results undertaken elsewhere may be accepted by GinSen on a discretionary basis and we may request tests be repeated to ensure accuracy to ensure effectiveness of treatment.

16.Payment Policies

16.1 All treatment fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ginsen, and deposits may be required to secure appointments or treatment plans. We accept a range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and any additional options specified on our website or patient documentation.

16.2 Ginsen reserves the right to amend prices at any time, although fees for ongoing or pre-paid treatments will be honoured at the rate confirmed at purchase unless stated otherwise.

16.3 Where patients intend to claim costs through private insurance, full payment to Ginsen remains the patient’s responsibility unless direct billing has been explicitly agreed, and we accept no responsibility for insurance reimbursement decisions.

16.4 Cancellations may incur charges depending on the notice period, and pre-paid packages or treatment bundles are generally non-refundable once initiated unless required by law; applicable refunds may be limited to unused treatments and may include administrative fees. Late or overdue invoices may be subject to interest charges, and Ginsen reserves the right to suspend treatments until outstanding balances are settled.

16.5 Any concerns regarding invoices must be raised within the specified timeframe, after which charges will be deemed accepted. Ginsen does not offer credit accounts, and patients using third-party finance providers remain responsible for meeting the terms of their financing agreements.

16.6 Promotional offers and discounts are time-limited, subject to availability, and may not be combined unless specifically stated. 

16.7 Invoices cannot remain outstanding while a complaint is being reviewed, and all fees must be paid in full prior to treatment in accordance with Ginsen’s financial policies and patient agreements.

16.8 We are unable to offer refunds on services/treatments carried out unless there was negligence.

16.9 All prices shown are starting prices and are listed as “from” to give you a guide to our fees.

Unless stated otherwise, all consultations do not include the cost of supplements, herbal team diet plan. Please ask our team about the cost of any additional services to help you make informed decisions about your treatment.

18.Gift Vouchers

GinSen Clinic provides gift vouchers for monetary values and treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after the end date. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Appointments made redeeming a gift voucher will be subject to the cancellation fee above and may result in forfeit of the gift voucher or part there-of.
